On Friday, Akasa Air launched its maiden commercial trip from the airport in Delhi to Bengaluru.
The departure time from Delhi was set for 11:40, and the arrival time in Bengaluru was set for 2:25.
Akasa, which just two months ago began operating flights, is currently making good headway in the domestic airline network.
The airline already has 30 daily flights, and with the addition of Delhi, it now serves multiple significant Indian metropolises.
Through its official Twitter account, Akasa Air announced the news and uploaded images of the celebrations at the Delhi Airport as the inaugural Akasa aircraft from Delhi to Bengaluru took off.
On August 7, a brand-new airline in India began operations.
It plans to start operating internationally by the end of the year. The company just passed the 60-day operating milestone.

Vinay Dube, the CEO of Akasa Air, expressed gratitude for the government’s Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS) on Thursday
“We simply wish that new airlines would also receive assistance from the government.
New airlines operate in the same challenging climate… Any form of government assistance would be greatly appreciated. What is on the table is unknown to me. Im unable to elaborate “.
