Beginning on November 1, 2022, the revised compensation will be in effect.̊̊

SpiceJet’s captains’ pay will now be higher than it was before the Covid acquisition.

The pay for trainers and senior first officers has also “commensurately” increased.

SpiceJet said that the base pay for pilots has been rising steadily.

Trainers’ salaries increased in September compared to August by up to 10%, while Captains’ and First Officers’ salaries increased by up to 8%.̊̊
